We bake with love, and we want you to feel it in every bite. Because our treats are perishable, we can't accept returns on food items. However, if your box arrives damaged or isn't up to our 'Gold Standard,' please email us a photo immediately! We will work with you to make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Our kitchen moves fast! Once an order is placed, we start prepping your batch within 24 hours. Because of this, all orders are final sale once they hit our production line. If you made a tiny typo on the address, email us ASAP, if it hasn't shipped yet, we might be able to catch it!
When will my CakedMail arrive? 🚚
We ship nationwide every day to ensure your treats don't get stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. Once it leaves our bakery in Beltsville, MD, standard shipping takes 1-3 days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number the second your label is printed, stalking the mailman is encouraged!
